Continuity Task

The continuity task went as planned, however in my opinion I felt that some of the camera shots were a bit off, for example when the camera did a close up on the boss's face, we could'nt see his expression because the light casted a shadow, which blocked the light from his face. But because of the interference of the light the darkness covering the boss's face reveals that he's evil.
one of my favourite shots in this short video was the two shot between James and the boss because it shows what positions the characters are in. The shot is almost like a over the shoulder shot except they're more or less facing each other. We can see the boss standing up looking down at the employee, whilst the camera is tilting from the boss's shoulder area. This camera shot shows that the boss has more power over the hopless employee as he has the power to fire him or not.

V for Vendetta - Final Fight Scene

I uploaded this video because it originally gave my group some ideas of what our antagonist was going  to be portrayed as. What initially inspired me was that the vigilante was wearing a mask and that was what I wanted the antagonist to wear. However my group didn't like the idea of the villain hiding his/her face as in the end of our movie we would like our viewers to see the killer's face.

Story Board (completed)

 In this page in the first box we have a wide shot of five friends in a camp having fun, with this we can see the background where there are trees, bushes and in the center of it all there is a campfire. In the second box the main character is having a flashback of his ex-girlfriend having an argument in a two shot, you can tell because the characters are crossing their arms and there's also a speech bubble. After that it goes back to a wide shot where you get a good view of the campfire again.

 In this four way scene the main character walks away and then in the second box where he's going for a leek there is a long shot, which shows his whole body from head to toe. The third box shows another two shot where the main character shows his back to the viewer and flashes the torch and discovers that its just his friend. And then for the last box they head back to camp to rest. This shows another long shot where he's getting ready for bed.

 In the first box it's suppose to be a wide shot where the main character is lying down, whereas in the second box he gets up and the shot is close to the long shot except his knees are cropped out. In the third box it's exactly the same, half his body is showing. In the last box there is a back to back shot where the mysterious dark figure appears.

In this final four way the first 2 boxes shows a cropped/long shot and a two shot of the main character and the mysterious figure. Then in the third box he is kneeling down this shot resembles a mid shot, but we can still see his legs. For the last box there is a close up shot of his face as he is dying and in his eyes the killer who took his life is still in them.
